Intermittent fasting (IF) is a popular trend in the health and wellness industry, and for good reason. Not only can it help with weight loss and improved metabolism, but it may also have benefits for balancing female hormones.
Our bodies are designed to fast.

Why we shouldn't eat constantly throughout the day
Digesting food is hard work for our bodies, and constantly snacking or eating small meals throughout the day can put a lot of stress on our digestive system. This can lead to issues such as bloating, indigestion, and acid reflux. By fasting for a period of time each day, we give our bodies a chance to rest and repair.
Intermittent fasting can be a great tool for balancing female hormones and improving overall health. I'd recommend starting with a 13-hour fast. Have your last meal around 6pm-7pm and then have breakfast around 8am. This is a great (and very achievable) way of fasting. Then you can build up from there. By giving our bodies a chance to rest and reset, we can optimise our health and improve our overall quality of life.
