MINDFUL MUMS INSPIRATION When brushing your teeth, instead of letting your mind wander, really focus on the feeling, the taste, the sound, the smell, the movement. If you brush for two minutes then that's two minutes of mindfulness. Boom! I like to use an app to help me meditate. You can find loads on youtube but I personally love the Calm app. It has daily guided meditations as well as mini-courses on learning how to meditate (plus sleep stories, relaxing music and loads more.) ZEST ENERGY TIP Start your day device-free for at least the first 30 minutes of your day. Why not journal instead of scrolling through your phone. Set your intentions for the day. Then spend a couple of minutes in silence. Pay attention to your breath and the sensations through the body. The more regular you do this, the easier it becomes, the more you'll start to see the benefits.
